Below is a listing of the current YPS Committees. If you would like more information or are interested in serving on any of these committees, please email us at info@ypsaaem.org.

Editorial Committee (Chair Needed)
This group plans and produces articles for the AAEM bi-monthly newsletter Common Sense. They will also assemble a periodic email newsletter, updating AAEM members with YPS activities. Current projects include an "Ask the Expert" column for Common Sense and plans to give general membership of the YPS opportunities to have articles posted online and/or in print.

Mentoring Program Committee (Chair - Michael Epter)
This group will continue to develop and maintain a mentoring program where YPS members can find potential mentors among the more experienced members of YPS and AAEM depending on their region of residence/employment.

Social/Events Committee (Chair – Michael Pulia)
Initial responsibility will be planning the social event at AAEM’s annual Scientific Assembly in coordination with the AAEM Resident and Student Association. This committee will also plan and coordinate other YPS events as they are developed.

Website Committee (Chair - Brian Potts)
This group will review the website design and content and revise where necessary. They will also keep the website up-to-date with YPS events, articles, references, etc.
